Custom or personalized orders along with items on sale are not able to be returned or exchanged. (this includes any custom prints or custom original work,)
SHIPPING:
Prints: These are sent out in 1-3 buisness days! your print will come in a clear sleeve with a cardboard backing to protect it. Most will be sent through USPS. Order early to ensure you get your goods before big holidays. The postal service seems to be slammed around those times.
Original Art: We care for and package are safely and accordingly to ensure it get to you safely. These are generally sent out 1-5 days! Most will be sent out through USPS unless you selected PICK UP and have made contact with us.
Custom illustrations and Custom orders: Turnaround time may very (please email me at [email protected] if looking for a specific date) But usually will be about 4-6 Days for completion.
Before printing our Custom prints we send you a proof (with the email you provide upon checkout) please respond with approval so we can print your custom print and send it your way!
Unfortunately, once the item is shipped, its out of my control. Usually the item gets there in time but sometimes items get held up and prolong the delivery time. So please make sure you order with enough time to spare! During the holidays, shipping may get delayed a bit. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if a package is late or delayed. I wish I could control the USPS but I can't!
We are currently only taking orders from the U.S at the moment.
